Avi Frister, author of the eBook “Forex Trading Machine”, has revolutionized how traders approach the Forex market. “Forex Trading Machine” is divided into two sections. The first six chapters of the eBook go over all of the forex basics. Do you know exactly what a pip is? This book will explain it within these chapters. The most important of the chapters, and the ones that will have the most effect on how much money you make with this system, are the ones that cover how to deal with your psychology. On page 74 of the book, Avi Frister mentions that almost 95% of forex traders will not make it in the business. Avi explains that having a discipline over the mind is the most important thing. If you can take hold of your emotions, then you will prosper in this system. Many are consumed by two things: Greed and fear. Greed, in that many traders will go for a trade which is very risky but may be a profit of thousands of dollars, and end up losing money. Fear, in that the trader may never take a big enough risk to make enough. Avi says that if you can control these factors, then you are well on your way to making big money.

That is why many people are looking for automated forex trading systems these days. Traders want to put out all emotion from trading, and allow themselves to trade based on a purely analytical level. You have to trade like a robot if you want to make money with the “Forex Trading Machine”.

The three strategies listed in the book require a stop loss of a certain amount of pips, but usually target a profit of double of those pips. Some may go for the 50 pip stop loss, while others may be fine with the 15 pip stop loss. There is a strategy in there for every type of trader.

Trading without emotion is one of the most important disciplines of any forex trader. If you can control your emotions, and not let them get the best of you, you will prosper in almost any system you take part in. You must become a “trading robot”, as I like to say. Robots feel no emotion, and neither should you.

There are two emotions that traders feel during the course of a forex trading day. Some forex traders will fell fear. This may be the worst emotion of them all, because it can seriously hamper your trading ability and stop you from making any decent profits. When I say fear, I do not mean “I’m so scared” type of fear. I am speaking of the fear of losing money in a trade. Being fearful of pulling the trigger on any trade is incredibly dangerous to you trading.

The other emotion is greed. Forex traders may sometimes become very greedy when trading, forcing them to amke trades that may be too risky or too advanced for their trading ability. Making many small, safe trades during the day may not be as exciting or bring in as much profit, but it is much better than making two huge, risky trades.

Killing your emotions may be very hard for a longtime trader to do. Beginning traders can easily rid themselves of emotion, because they have not had any experience in the forex trading field yet. But advanced forex traders may need to go through some courses, first. However, sometimes advanced forex traders like to have their emotions with them. While this may be dangerous, it can sometimes be beneficial to them if they really are advanced traders. But they can still profit with these systems.

If you can control your emotions, you are set to make the big bucks. Don’t be fearful of making that trade, and don’t be too greedy and make a trade that is too risky for your account. Play it safe, but take some risks, but most important is you must play it like a robot would.

Having patience in a forex market that is always changing is a virtue that many forex traders do not have. Patience in the forex market can mean many things. You can be patient and wait for a specific trade that earns you the most money, or you can be patient and gain new knowledge of how the forex market works. Both work hand in hand, and when both are used effectively by a forex trader, profit is only a few trades away.

Beginner traders think that trading foreign currencies is easy; all that is required of you is a small amount of cash, some graphical charts, and some indicators. These traders usually lost all of their money within the first week. Sometimes, the beginner trader may even be successful with their trading, but will lose all of their money within the month. Once you build a strong base to stand on, then trading is the easy part, and making money is even easier.
